| $5Moving Meditation
A gentle return to body, breath, and heart. This session is also accessible path into meditation for those who find being still challenging
Spring is here — and with it comes an invitation to soften, move gently, and reconnect with yourself. If you’ve been feeling stiff after winter, looking to restart your yoga practice, or simply craving a calmer state of mind, this class is for you.
In this intro community session, you’ll experience:
- Discover mantra and breath practices to calm your nervous system
- Gentle joint and spinal movements to release tension and awaken energy
- Heart-opening meditation to cultivate compassion and ease
This is not about pushing or performing. It’s about slowing down, listening inward, and moving with kindness — creating space in both body and mind.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and reconnected with yourself.
Why This Practice?
When I lost connection to my heart, I felt lost and alone. Stress and distraction buried what I needed most. Through slowing down and returning to my heart, I discovered there is medicine inside me. This practice reminded me that I can choose compassion, presence, and peace — and I believe it can support you too.
This class is an introduction to the 4-week Moving Meditation series, where we’ll dive deeper into themes of awareness, compassion, light, and self-love. Come sample the practice and see if it feels right for you.
